1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to StratForge, a Counter-Strike team organization and map strategy application (the "App" or "Service") operated by Bosphor Studio I/S (CVR: 46346335), a partnership registered in Denmark with its registered address at Istedgade 42B, 3., 1650 København V ("we," "us," "our," or "Bosphor Studio").

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the StratForge mobile application, available on iOS and Android platforms, and any associated services, features, and content. By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or via email. Your continued use of the Service after such notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account and use StratForge. If you are between 13 and 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), you may only use the Service with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms on your behalf.

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements stated above and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Creating an Account

To access StratForge's features, you must create an account. We may offer various registration methods, which may include email and password registration, or sign-in through supported third-party identity providers. The available registration methods may change over time.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

3.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual may maintain only one StratForge account. Creating multiple accounts may result in suspension or termination of all associated accounts.

4. Description of the Service

StratForge is a team collaboration platform designed for Counter-Strike players and teams. The Service provides the following core features:

The specific features, their availability, and any associated usage limits may vary depending on your subscription tier and may change over time at our discretion.

5. Subscription Plans and Payments

5.1 Free and Paid Tiers

StratForge offers both free and paid subscription tiers. The free tier provides access to core functionality with certain usage limitations. Paid subscription tiers unlock additional features, higher usage limits, and enhanced capabilities.

The specific features, limits, and benefits of each tier are described within the App at the time of purchase and may be updated from time to time. We reserve the right to modify tier offerings, feature availability, and usage limits at our discretion. Material changes to paid tier benefits will be communicated to active subscribers before they take effect.

5.2 Personal and Team Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions may be available at different scopes:

Each team requiring a paid subscription must have its own separate subscription, purchased by the team owner. Details of what each subscription scope includes are presented in the App.

5.3 Billing and Renewal

All subscriptions are processed and managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store (collectively, "App Stores"). By subscribing, you agree to the following:

5.4 Subscription Management and Cancellation

You are solely responsible for managing your subscriptions. All subscription management — including cancellation, plan changes, and renewal settings — must be done through your device's App Store settings. Bosphor Studio does not have the ability to cancel, modify, or refund subscriptions on your behalf.

Deleting the App from your device or deleting your StratForge account does not automatically cancel your subscription. You must cancel through your App Store settings to avoid continued billing.

5.5 Refunds

Refund requests are handled exclusively through the applicable App Store in accordance with their refund policies. Bosphor Studio does not process direct refunds. Please contact Apple or Google support for refund inquiries.

5.6 Changes to Pricing

We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect your current billing period. You will be notified of any pricing changes before your next renewal, and continued subscription constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

5.7 Downgrade and Expiration

If your subscription expires or is cancelled, your account or team will revert to free-tier functionality and limitations at the end of the current paid period. Existing content you created during the paid period will be preserved, but access to premium features will be restricted. In certain cases, teams that lose their paid status may enter a restricted state where existing content remains accessible in read-only mode until the subscription is renewed or the team is deleted.

6. User Conduct

You agree to use StratForge in compliance with these Terms, all applicable laws, and community standards. You must not:

7. Content Ownership and Intellectual Property

7.1 Bosphor Studio's Intellectual Property

The StratForge App, including its design, code, graphics, logos, trademarks, user interface, curated content (map data, grenade library, default callouts), and all underlying technology, is the exclusive property of Bosphor Studio I/S or its licensors. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved.

7.2 User-Generated Content

All content created by users within StratForge — including but not limited to strategies, custom callouts, grenade placements, team configurations, and schedules (collectively, "User Content") — becomes the property of Bosphor Studio I/S upon creation.

By creating content within the Service, you irrevocably assign to Bosphor Studio all rights, title, and interest in and to such User Content, including all intellectual property rights therein. You waive any moral rights you may have in the User Content to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Bosphor Studio may use, modify, display, distribute, and create derivative works from User Content for any purpose, including improving the Service, without any obligation of compensation, attribution, or notification to you.

7.3 Feedback

Any suggestions, ideas, enhancement requests, or other feedback you provide regarding the Service ("Feedback") shall be the sole property of Bosphor Studio. You hereby assign all rights in such Feedback to us.

7.4 Counter-Strike Intellectual Property

Counter-Strike and related game assets (map names, in-game imagery referenced for educational and strategic purposes) are the property of Valve Corporation. StratForge is an independent third-party application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Valve Corporation.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on various third-party providers to deliver its functionality. These third-party services support areas including, but not limited to:

Your use of the Service is also subject to the terms, conditions, and privacy policies of these third-party providers. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of any third-party services. Specific third-party data processors will be identified in our Privacy Policy.

9. Push Notifications

StratForge may send push notifications to your device for purposes including:

You can manage or disable push notifications at any time through your device's system settings. Disabling notifications may affect your ability to stay informed about team activities.

10. Account Deletion and Data Handling

10.1 Requesting Deletion

You may request the deletion of your account at any time through the App. Upon initiating a deletion request:

Deleting your StratForge account does not cancel your subscriptions. You are solely responsible for cancelling any active subscriptions through your App Store settings before or after requesting account deletion. If you do not cancel, you may continue to be charged by the App Store.

If you are the owner of a team with an active paid subscription, you should transfer team ownership or delete the team before requesting account deletion.

10.3 Data After Deletion

When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your app-profile data (email, display name, profile image). User Content you created (strategies, callouts, schedules) will persist within your teams but will be attributed to a generic placeholder (e.g., "Deleted user"). Your team memberships, favorites, and notification tokens are removed.

If you have an active subscription at the time of deletion, we may retain limited subscription-servicing and compliance records for a defined period. These records are kept solely to verify entitlement, handle refunds or chargebacks, or assist you in re-linking the subscription to a new account. Such retained records are kept separate, access-restricted, and deleted when no longer necessary.

10.4 Irreversibility

Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once your account is purged, it cannot be recovered. We recommend noting any information you need before requesting deletion.

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BOSPHOR STUDIO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY OF CONTENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL BOSPHOR STUDIO I/S, ITS PARTNERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH:

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or fifty euros (€50), whichever is greater.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including under mandatory EU consumer protection laws.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bosphor Studio I/S and its partners, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice. This includes adding or removing features, changing subscription tier benefits, modifying usage limits, and updating the content library. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

16.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Where applicable, mandatory provisions of European Union law (including consumer protection regulations) shall apply.

16.2 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Denmark. If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.

16.3 EU Online Dispute Resolution

If you are a consumer in the EU, you may use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform, available at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

17. Miscellaneous

17.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any subscription-specific terms presented at the time of purchase, constitute the entire agreement between you and Bosphor Studio regarding the Service.

17.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

17.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

17.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.

17.5 Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, government actions, power failures, internet or telecommunications failures, or third-party service outages.
